Girl Gamers Sought by UK University

England's University of Derby is offering a degree in Computer Games Programming, and they're now trying to encourage women to join the program. So far, all 106 applicants for the new course of study have been men.

All-girl summer courses are going to be offered, and possibly scholarships for female students. "Girls do want to play games but no one is making games for them," department head John Sear told BBC News.
