Atari Loses CEO

The company that operated under the classic video game moniker, Atari (actually a spin-of of French publisher Infogrames) has lost its CEO.

James Caparro is leaving to take a job with another company. In the meantime, former Atari CEO Bruno Bonnell is stepping in to be interim CEO. A publicly traded company, shares fell 15 percent after the news got out.

We’ve actually been paying a good deal of attention to Atari lately, with their Marc Ecko's Getting Up game – based on classic urban graffiti tagging – getting a lot of press.
