Undercover Investigation

Our friends over at 1UP.com had us rolling in the aisles with their hilarious undercover investigation of retail outlets. They sent a girl into several stores, posing as the clueless girlfriend of a gamer, looking for a game console.

They had her ask question from the intelligent ("Can you surf the Web on any of these systems?") to the goofy ("Is that that football hockey game?"), and recorded the unsuspecting clerks' answers.

Our favorite quote - the GameCube is geared for a younger audience, according to a Best Buy clerk, "It's more for toddlers and a little bit above that."
